A short hike leads to Cascade Falls located off the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.The Blue Ridge Mountains are part of the Appalachian mountain range located in the eastern United States. Extending 550 miles, the mountain range runs through eight states: Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.
